FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

GRIDFLIGHT processes the personal data provided for the purpose of providing the services requested through forms or through direct emails. These services in turn include answering questions or comments and receiving curricular documents.

GRIDFLIGHT will use personal data only to provide the services requested by the user in each case and, if so indicated by marking the corresponding box in the forms for its own services related to the user's request.

GRIDFLIGHT will not transfer the personal data of users to third parties without requesting their prior consent and informing them of the purpose of such transfer, unless such communication of data is necessary for the provision of the requested service or as established by current regulations.

Data Collection for Reviews and Comments We collect information about you during the process of leaving a comment on our site. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, IP address, website URL, image (s), ratings, and text.

Managing this information also allows us to:

• Show this information publicly (such as a web page or API request).
• Notify you of interactions such as approval or rejection of your review.
• Notify you of user interactions, such as response notifications.

Data collection to create Listings through contact forms. We may collect information about you when you submit a contact form. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, IP address and contact texts.

Managing this information also allows us to:

• Send your contact message and details to the listing's contact email.
• Check the contact system for spam and undue abuse.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Information relating to the interested party will be kept for the period of validity of the business relationship, as long as their deletion is not requested; as well as for the limitation period for any actions that may arise in connection with the present relationship. Throughout this period, the data may be made available to the Public Administration with competence in the field, upon request for justified cause.

On the other hand, the personal data provided for promotional purposes will continue to be kept after the end of the business relationship until the interested party revokes the consent, all without prejudice to their right of deletion or opposition.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the business relationship to which you are a party, so that we can manage, develop and control the corresponding relationship. All the data we request from you is mandatory and necessary for the provision of our services, so non-compliance with some of them may make it impossible to provide them. For the same purpose, we will not request, and you are not obliged to provide, data that is not related to the intended purpose, nor those that are excessive, inappropriate or inadequate for that purpose.

In relation to the sending of commercial communications, the legal basis is the consent that is requested and you freely grant.

TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

GRIDFLIGHT contracts its virtual infrastructure according to the cloud computing model through various hosting providers and other external services, such as Facebook and Google, among others. These providers have their servers in Europe or, failing that, they adhere to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?

• Right of access: the User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether GRIDFLIGHT processes personal data concerning him or not, as well as to access them.
• Right to rectification: the User has the right to request the rectification of those data that are inaccurate.
• Right of deletion: the User has the right to request the deletion of their data, among other reasons, when the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.
• Right to restrict processing: the User, on the premise that certain circumstances exist, may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case GRIDFLIGHT may use them for the exercise or defense of claims, for the protection of rights or for reasons of public interest.
• Right to data portability: the User has the right to have their data, when requested, sent to another company.
• Right to object: the User has the right, for reasons related to their particular situation, to object to the processing of their personal data. GRIDFLIGHT will stop processing such data, unless there are compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of claims.
