In an effort to expand technical skills and open up new job opportunities for members of the “ Almogávares” VI Paratroopers Brigade (BRIPAC), we have developed a comprehensive training program in the professional use of drones. This initiative is part of the Employment Guidance Strategy, promoted by the Ministry of Defense and the SEPE, reinforcing the commitment to the professional development of military personnel.
A complete training journey
The program covered the A1/A3, A2 and STS\ - 01 /STS\ - 02 categories, providing paratroopers with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate drones in a safe, efficient and professional manner. From essential theoretical concepts to advanced practices in real scenarios, this training was designed to guarantee comprehensive and quality learning.
Theoretical-practical training: Key to success
The training combined rigorous theoretical modules with supervised practices in real environments, allowing participants to:
✅ Master current regulations for the safe use of drones, following the standards required by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the State Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). ✅ Perform complex maneuvers in various scenarios, in open spaces, simulating professional operations. ✅ Acquire recognized official certifications, essential for operating drones in work environments and complying with European regulations.
